What has Rahab got to do with Faith? (cloud of witnesses Pt.2)

Heb 11:30  By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they had been compassed seven days.
Heb 11:31  By faith the harlot Rahab did not perish with those who did not believe, when she had received the spies with peace.

In some settings where things like putting on jeans (even for a brother) is just below the ‘abomination line’ :) , you stand the chance of excommunication if you tread such grounds. It even spreads beyond the conventional external trappings to seemingly spiritual activities…

Unfortunately many of these and related practices will not produce spiritual fruit sooner or later. A lot of it will not go beyond dead religion. Cutting down a tree will require exceedingly more effort than picking it’s leaves - this is even more effective compared with people advancing in spiritual things by a mere set of moral rules… this is where consecration comes in.
